What we measure.

Small counts that help us understand whether people can find and use Velora.

A session in this tab

When measurement is enabled, this browser tab keeps a random session ID. A new session starts after 30 minutes without a measured action, or after 24 hours. This does not use an advertising cookie or track you across other websites.

We record the public page visited, a recognized source such as Pinterest or Google, a campaign code when present, and whether the session reaches sign-in, a completed activity, checkout or a verified payment. Signed-in activity uses a one-way transformation of the account identifier to count observed users.

Your writing stays out of measurement

These measurement tables do not collect names, email addresses, birth details, mood values, journal text, AI questions, IP addresses or full referring URLs. They are separate from the information you choose to save in the app. Hosting and payment providers have their own operational records.

Only the site owner and the private reporting process can read the aggregate report. Measurement records are removed after 90 days by the daily maintenance process.

Your choice

Switch measurement off to stop future measurement from this browser. This does not affect your journal, sign-in or subscription. Previously recorded counts remain until they expire. Velora also respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
